Where do you ship from?

When and how do you ship?
We ship daily!
To ensure your order reaches you quickly, we work daily to process your orders promptly. However, in exceptional cases, shipping may take 1-3 days longer. We always do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible.
Sustainability is important to us
To protect the environment, we use pre-used packaging such as boxes or bubble envelopes for shipping whenever possible. This means you can receive packaging that has been used before – this helps save resources and reduce the burden on the environment.

We work with the Austrian Post and DPD to deliver your order safely and reliably.
Is pickup possible?
Yes! BUT please contact us beforehand to make an appointment.

My clothes weren't in the shipment, what can I do?
Our clothing is shipped directly to you from our printing partner, which usually takes 2-5 days longer than our regular shipments.
This has the advantage that we do not waste unnecessary resources and the parts can be printed directly when we need them.
I didn't receive a product or it is defective, what can I do?
Please contact us via email at info@patchzone.at or use the contact form . We'll be happy to help.
I no longer want to return a product.
