What shipping options are available?

We ship exclusively via registered mail (insured and with tracking) in a secure bubble envelope. Larger shipments are sent as a parcel.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at the end of the order.

How long does shipping take?

In Austria, shipping takes about 2-4 working days, internationally usually 5-7 working days.

Where and when do you ship from?

We ship daily from Himberg, Austria!
To ensure your order reaches you quickly, we work daily to process your orders promptly. However, in exceptional cases, shipping may take 1-3 days longer. We always do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible.

Sustainability is important to us
To protect the environment, we use pre-used packaging such as boxes or bubble envelopes for shipping whenever possible. This means you can receive packaging that has been used before – this helps save resources and reduce the burden on the environment.

We ship directly from 2325 Himberg, Austria and work with the Austrian Post and DPD to deliver your order safely and reliably.

Is pickup possible?

Yes! BUT please contact us beforehand to make an appointment. We don't have a store!

The clothes I ordered were not in the shipment, what can I do?

Our apparel is shipped directly to you from our printing partner. Therefore, shipping can typically take 2-5 days longer than our other shipments.

The advantage: This way, we avoid unnecessary waste of resources, as the items are only printed when they are actually needed. A sustainable solution that benefits both you and the environment!

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless the item is defective. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

Can I order on account?

No, this is not possible as a private customer.

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice for your order will be sent to you automatically via email. You can find all your orders and the corresponding invoices in your customer account.

I didn't receive a product or it is defective, what can I do?
